Is laser tag safe? |
Laser tag is very safe. As long as all rules are followed and you are in good health, it will be a very safe and fun adventure. Think about it- 600,000 players in five years equals safe equipment. Our lasers seem powerful because they are used in a darkened, fog filled, and themed environment. |

NO! Paintball Hurts!! In Laser tag you do not feel anything. Unlike paintball, you will not be hit by anything other than the laser which you will not feel. |

Are there age requirements to play laser tag at Ultrazone? |
Players must be at least 6 years old to play. No we don’t ask for birth certificates; although given some adults penchant for shall we say a less than truthful approach to reporting their child’s age. They too must be able to wear the vest comfortably. If an older child is not able to wear the vest comfortably or its too heavy he/she should not not be allowed to play. |

Can and do adults play? |
Most definitely! Adults play all of the time. We have many adult parties, corporate events, church groups, etc. |

Can I be on the same team as my friend? |
Better question, does your friend want you on his team? Are you any good? Anyway, we do our absolute best to put friends on the same team. Just tell your Gamemaster during the briefing that you have some people that want to be on the same team; but just as in life, there are no guarantees (how poignant) because we have to make even teams- both in size and skill level. |

How long will I have to wait to get in a game?
|
Wait times depends on a number of things; the size of your party, parties that we are hosting that day, and how many other groups there are. We suggest that you give us a call to see what we have scheduled on the day you plan on visiting and we can try and give you an estimate on what time would be the best time to come. Of course, we have no control over what group may come in before you arrive. However, the games are first come, first served basis and we do run public games in between the parties. We will do our best to get you in a game as soon as possible. |
[back] |
How many people are in a game? |
While we can play up to 30+ in a game, the size of your game may vary depending upon the number of players purchasing passes at the time. |
[back] |
How often are games ran? |
We usually run games every 15 to 20 minutes. This also depends on when the moon is in Sagittarius and if Star Trek will film another major motion picture. |
[back] |
What type of clothes should I wear? |
You should wear comfortable clothes. Sandals and high heels should not be worn. Athletic type shoes are the most recommended. |
[back] |
Is running allowed in the arena? |
ABSOLUTELY NOT! It is too dangerous to run because you will be playing in a dark, blacklit arena, filled with crazy mazes, ramps and obstacles. Running in the arena will get you thrown out of your game with no refund. Nor can you lie down on the floor. Bad imitations of SWAT will not be tolerated. |
[back] |
Are the games supervised? |
Yes. Gamemasters? are always in the arena supervising all players. |
[back] |
When can I purchase the All You Can Play Pass? |
The All You Can Play Pass is available every day. See our specials for discounted passes. |

Will I play in every game if I purchase the All You Can Play Pass? |
Ultrazone?s All You Can Play Passes does not guarantee play in every laser tag game. There can and may be parties or other circumstances which will affect the number of games you actually play and the time you wait to play. Therefore, you will be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) games depending on existing factors. However, depending upon the amount of time you stay at Ultrazone, you will play well beyond the three game minimum. If you have any questions, please ask the front desk before buying your pass. |

If I Purchase an All You Can Play Pass, can I Leave the Building |
Why not, Elvis did! You are more than welcome to leave and come back and play laser tag, provided you still have on the same bracelet we gave you earlier. And when you return, bring food for the Gamemasters?. They get hungry too!! |
[back] |
If I book the Ultimate Party Package, do we have to leave after our party is completed? |
Are you kidding, we want you out as soon as possible (JOKE) You are more than welcome to stay at Ultrazone after your scheduled party time is over. However, you will need to relocate the party to the general area in order to accommodate guests who have reserved the time frame after yours. You can also rent your party room for additional hours if you choose. We offer the All You Can Play at a discounted rate when you purchase the Ultimate Party and want to stay longer. |
[back] |
What kind of decorations do you have and/or can I bring my own? |
We offer very colorful decorations. We have different color balloons, tablecloths, colorful plates, napkins, placemats and cups. You are more than welcome to bring in your own if you would like something different. However, no item or any kind may be taped to any wall or surface inside of the party room. |
[back] |
Can I bring outside food or drinks? |
You can bring in your own food or have us order a pizza( we are contracted through Dominoes) on your behalf, ONLY if you have reserved a party. You CANNOT bring in any pizza from any vendor!! Drinks are included for all paying party guests. We suggest you bring drinks (nonalcoholic) for your nonpaying guests. If you have NOT reserved a party, you can bring in any food except for Pizza( all pizza orders have to go through Ultrazone and we use Dominoes). NO alcohol can be brought in for any party without ownership approval. |

Yes. You can bring in a birthday cake. Please remember to bring cake slicers and candles. We will provide candles and cake slicers at a fee. |
[back] |
Are there a minimum number of players to run a game? |
The answer to this probably depends on who’s working that day (wow, how businesslike of us) and how desperate we are for money. Some staff have fairly elaborate (and rather rigid) theories about game minimum sizes; however, most of these theories are capable of being modified if your nice about it. Anyway, we’re more concerned about quality of play. Given the size of our arena, with just a couple of players, you’d never even find each other |
