Ultimate BIRTHDAY Party Package Includes
The Ultimate Party Package includes two (2) games of laser tag, two (2) hours in the party room, lemonade, tablecloths, plates, utensils, cups, and napkins for each paid guest. Ultrazone also provides a party host who will serve food and clean up the room during the party. We recommend you tip your party host if exceptional service is provided. All tips must be paid to the party host with cash only.
Pricing for the Ultimate Party Package is as follows: For party rooms A or B, there is a ten (10) person party minimum price, and you can add as many people as you like. The minimum price for ten (10) people is $350.00, and for every additional person, it is $35.00. A $100 deposit is required to reserve party room A or party room B. For party rooms C or A and B combined, there is a twenty (20) person party minimum price, and you can add as many people as you like. The minimum price for twenty (20) people is $700.00, and for every additional person is $35.00. A $200.00 deposit is required for booking party room C or both party rooms A and B. Your deposit will be subtracted from your balance. Your balance is due and payable after playing your laser tag games. If the number of players differs in the two games, you will be charged for the higher number of players.
Game of Laser Tag
The package includes two (2) games of laser tag. Each game comprises a briefing, putting equipment on and taking it off, playing inside the arena, and checking scores (approx. 20 minutes beginning to end). Party guests will play games with the public. Private and additional games can be arranged for an additional charge.
Party Room
Ultrazone parties are scheduled for two hours. The two-hour count begins at your scheduled start time. You will be allowed to arrive no more than 15 minutes early to setup your party. If you arrive before that time, you will have to wait. Arrival 30 minutes or more after your scheduled starting time is considered a no-show. To get prepared for the next party, we will begin cleaning your party room during the last game or approximately 15-20 minutes before your party is scheduled to end. At the end of your two hours, we will need you to remove your belongings and vacate the room so that we can continue preparing for the next party. Your initial party room assignment will be based on your initial estimate of the number of paid guests at your party. We reserve the right to change your room assignment. We reserve the right to terminate the use of a party room without a refund if guests cause what we consider to be an unreasonable amount of spillage of drink and food on the tables, floor, chairs, or walls. You are not allowed to post any items of any kind to any surface in your party room. Animals, alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the facility or your party room.
Food and Drinks
You may bring ANY kind of food you would like EXCEPT for pizza. Pizza you need to order through us,,and Dominoes is our pizza provider, there is an additional fee. We also provide lemonade for all the laser tag playing guests at no additional cost.
You are responsible for providing candles, matches, and any cutting or serving utensils for cakes.
We have plastic cake slicers available for a fee.
Plates, Utensils, Decorations
Ultrazone supplies plates (lunch and cake), cups, napkins, and forks for paid party guests only. You may bring additional partyware for your unpaid guests. Ultrazone supplies colorful tablecloths and paper goods to decorate the room. You are welcome to bring other decorations such as balloons. However, as stated above, no items (such as streamers, banners, pictures, etc.) may be posted, hung, or taped to any surface in the party room.
Arcade
The arcade games/vending machines use tokens only. Tokens must be purchased with cash from the token machines located in the lobby. The cost of each token is a quarter. Please remember to bring cash with you for the purchase of tokens.
Sequence of Events:
To ensure that your party guests can complete their laser tag games and eat their food and cake within the allotted time, we recommend the following sequence of events:
All of the guests should come to the front desk to make sure all the waivers are registered
After all the guest have been registered and attended to
Then the first game begins, then the guests can return to the party room for food
Food and drinks should be served between 20 and 25 minutes after your scheduled first game
Then the party host will lead your guests in for their second game of laser tag.
After the second game, guests can return to the party room for cake.
The highest number of players is what you will be charged. For example, if 15 players play in the first game and 14 players in the second game, you will be charged for 15. The balance is owed after your second game of laser tag.
To get prepared for the next party, we will begin cleaning your party room during the last game or approximately 15-20 minutes before your party is scheduled to end. Your total stay in the party room will be two hours (120 minutes).
Player Waiver
Each player must complete a player waiver before the party. If the player is under 18, the parent must sign for the player. The player waiver can be found on the website at:
Refund Policy
Refunds of deposits will be paid only for cancellations made at least 14 days before the party date. If your party is rescheduled at least 14 days before your party, we will use your original deposit. Deposits for cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows after 14 days are non-refundable.
